  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Combine the eggs, milk, Allulose Sweetener and vanilla extract in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour into six ramekin dishes or custard cups.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Place the ramekins in a large 10 x 15” baking pan
  • Heat about 10 cups of water, not quite to boiling but very hot, on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  • Pour the hot water into the baking pan around the ramekins, Do not to get any of the water into the custard.
  • Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted into middle of the custards.
  • Refrigerate until set.
