  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter , melted
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour , sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese , shredded


  • Preheat over at 400º
  • Mix the eggs, butter, salt, and garlic powder together.
  • Combine the coconut flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture until there are no lumps.
  • Add the Cheddar cheese
