  • Place the water in a small bowl, add the Unflavored Gelatin to it and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • While the water and gelatin is sitting,place the heavy cream in the microwave safe bowl then microwave until softened.
  • While the heavy cream is hot whisk in the instant coffee and salt until the coffee is completely dissolved.
  • Then add the Cacao nibs and whisk until melted; then stir in the Da Vinci Sugar Free Original Vanilla Syrup.
  • Microwave the gelatin for 30 seconds then add it to the Cacao nibs heavy cream mixture, mix well.  then mix in the Allulose Sweetener
  • chill for at least 2-3 hours
