  • Preheat over at 400°F
  • Peel then slice the jicama into your preferable size of french fries
  • Soak the French Fries for about 30 min - 1 hour to allow it to soften
  • Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sea salt into medium pot of water. Bring to a boil.
  • Boil jicama fries in boiling water for 10 minutes, Then drain
  • Drain water using a colander
  • Place fries on a greased pan.
  • Coat with grapeseed oil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, turn sides occasionally.


***If fries are still tough/firm after boiling, extend boiling time.
