Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1/4 cup Allulose Sweetener
  • 1/3 cups Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups pecans , coarsely broken
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 teasoon salt

For the crust:

Instructions

  • For the crust, add the Blondies Mix, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl, whisk together.
  • Spread the crust mixture into a 9in pie dish and bake for 18 - 24 min, or until fully baked, once finished take out and set aside.
  • In saucepan boil Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend Stevia Sweetener and Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold, heavy cream, salt together for 2 to 3 minutes, then simmer for 20min; set aside to cool slightly.
  • Strain the mixture to make sure it's smooth and lump free.
  • Stir in butter, vanilla, and pecans and pour into crust.
  • Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
